You'll be providing support and coaching across the full remit of HR activities which will include employee relations and working with the union. You'll be part of a team, with the opportunity to get involved in projects, whilst also having access to a larger HR population to support your growth and development.What you'll bringA down to earth and hardworking approach, you'll have experience across the breadth of HR activities. You'll have a solid background of working through ER issues and feel comfortable pushing back when needed. You'll have a curious approach, always seeking to understand, gaining the right information in order to provide the best solutions. You'll have a strength in building relationships and be able to adapt your style to work with people from all walks of life.
