HR Business Partner – Manufacturing – Dungannon – PermanentMCS Group are thrilled to be working with an established manufacturing organisation, based in the Dungannon area, in the recruitment of an HR Business Partner, to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. This newly created role will give an experienced HR professional the opportunity to mould the HR function to fit with the organisations culture.The RoleThe HR Business Partner will play an important role in supporting the HR function across the organisation. This role will involve a wide range of HR activities, so the successful candidate will work closely with multiple departments, maintaining strong communication throughout all processes.
