The HRBP is responsible for handling day-to-day HR matters and plays a critical role in aligning HR Strategies with business objectives to drive organizational success.• Partner and support the Heads of Departments and Line Managers in a proactive and consultative approach, including but not limited to a full spectrum of HR functions which includes Talent Acquisition, Campus Visit, Staff Retention, Compensation and performance appraisals as well as learning and development.• Partner Centres of Excellence (COE) in reviewing, developing and implementing / administering HR guidelines and work processes.• Participate in projects on an ad-hoc basis.• Brainstorm ideas for improvement on processes and translate them into action plansQualifications • Bachelor degree in HR Management or equivalent, and iHRP certification.• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience as a HR Business Partner• Good communication skills - good command of written and spoken English.• Good knowledge and skills in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, etc.• Strong analytical and meticulous skills.• Good people management skills - a team player with a positive attitude who is able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.• Willingness to take ownership of task assigned and strive for continuous improvement.• Strong sense of teamwork and willing to help across different business functions when required.More Information Location: Kent Ridge CampusOrganization: Office of Human ResourcesDepartment : HR Partnering - School of ComputingEmployee Referral Eligible:Job requisition ID : 24456Company information Registration No.200604346EReport this job advert Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.Researching careers?
