Occupational Health & Safety (Human Resources & Recruitment)We are looking for a full time (40 hours per week) Human Resources and Health and Safety Manager to join our rapidly growing team based in Whangarei.This is an opportunity to join a leading Northland NGO working in the Community Mental Health and Addiction field, therefore experience in the health sector is an advantage.You will be responsible for but not limited to:Providing high quality advice and assistance to management and staff as and when required.Remuneration, performance management, training and development.Liaising with our leadership team to align strategies and initiatives.Overseeing our recruitment processes, employee onboarding by working collaboratively with our Recruitment/Office Administrator.Leading efforts to cultivate and reinforce employee recognition, a positive culture, and overall satisfaction.Confidently managing the performance management and disciplinary process.Contributing to the management and administrative tasks related to Health and Safety initiatives.
