Job summary This is a 15-month contract covering maternity leave.Part-time position with the opportunity to increase to full-time.HR Advisor responsible for coordinating and organizing training opportunities. Job seniority: entry level Responsibilities • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment process.• Manage employee inductions and onboarding.• Process weekly payroll.• Provide guidance on employment issues and support managers in disciplinary and performance meetings.• Assist with Health and Safety system implementation and administration. Requirements • Sound knowledge of NZ employment and HSE legislation.• Previous experience in a training and development role.• Payroll processing and legislative knowledge.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.• Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks.• Ability to influence and coach.• Self-driven with a high level of autonomy.• Dependable, reliable, and trustworthy.• Hands-on person who can work with people from different disciplines.
