Hr Adviser

The Role

Working closely with the Divisional HR Manager for Health Sciences, you will provide HR service delivery across a varied client group, providing a range of HR advisory activities and solutions for your clients.
You will have the support of a comprehensive HR infrastructure, and colleagues both within the HR Health Sciences team and across the wider Human Resources Division.Your Skills and Experience
You will:
•Have had a minimum of two years’ recent experience in a generalist HR role.
•Be comfortable having a role with responsibility and accountability.
•Be an effective communicator and facilitator, with proven success in building effective relationships at a professional level.
•Be committed to continuous improvement and enjoy working independently to achieve effective outcomes.
A relevant tertiary qualification is required.
