About the role We have a vacancy for an HR Administrator to join our team in a fixed-term capacity, covering parental leave from May 2024 until June 2025. This role provides administrative support to the Human Resources Team and the wider Executive and Transformation Group. Key responsibilities include: Provide efficient and effective administrative support to the HR Business Partner, HR Advisor and Group Manager – Kouru Whakahaere. Support Employee Health & Safety and Wellness. Support with recruitment activities including phone screens, interviewing, reference checking and preparing offer documentation. Ensuring accurate record keeping of HR documentation within Raukawa systems Administer employee benefits, programmes and events. Our ideal candidate will: Have 1-2 years' experience in administrative support. Have efficient minute-taking skills. Be competent with Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word and Excel and Adobe Pro. Excellent relationship, communication, organisation and time management skills. The ability to work well within a team.
