As a Food & Beverage Team Leader, your primary responsibilities will include:
In charge of ensuring the smooth operation of events while on duty Responsible for leading WHS - attending meetings, conducting safety walks and implementing risk controls Positive problem solving approach with all guests, various outlets and staff Providing attentive and personalized service for all guests and visitors to ensure a memorable experience.
Qualifications REAL PLACE, REAL PEOPLE To be successful in your application, you must: Have Food & Beverage Experience Be amazing - have an outgoing personality with genuine passion for hospitality Be flexible - you are required to work a variety of shifts, including late nights, public holidays and weekends Show initiative - you are approachable team player and you can think outside of the box.
