You will enjoy looking after our guests and working as part of a fun, talented & passionate team that is all about creating memorable experiences.. Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to: Shift Supervision across the concierge desk area Facilitating with guest arrivals, departures and during their stay Share local knowledge as well as driving loyalty and up sell hotel facilities Lead the team to enhance guest satisfaction Liaise with all departments to ensure all necessary follow-up is conducted Qualifications REAL PLACE, REAL PEOPLE To be successful in your application, you must exhibit the following qualities: Be amazing. You will have an outgoing personality with genuine passion for Hospitality and customer service Be flexible. You are expected to work a variety of shifts which includes weekends across a 7 day/ week roster including early mornings and late nights Be driven. You are all about quality and presentation and you have the desire to progress in hospitality Show initiative. You are approachable team player and you can think outside of the box Be a juggler. You are able to manage multiple tasks at any given time Whilst talent and attitude are our primary requirements, you also have: Full NZ Drivers Licence is essential Immaculate personal presentation and high level of communication - both written and verbal.
