Stanley's Hotel is a country pub in the beautiful little town of Macraes, with a busy bar, kitchen (fried food, burgers, evening meals) & guest accommodation. Just over an hour from Dunedin & on the doorstep of Macraes Goldmine.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, capable, reliable, hard working short order - fry & grill cook. Sole-charge kitchen with duties of prep, cooking (including portion control, ordering supplies, stock roation & meeting Food Safety Standards) & end of service clean-up. Must hold a NZ working visa (or be a kiwi).
30 hours per week - must be flexible with split shifts - 2 consecutive days off per week. Live-in (own room & meals) & free wifi.
