If you are friendly, motivated, computer savvy, and have an interest in tourism, along with a preference to work in a busy, team environment you will enjoy this role. Hostel experience is preferred but not essential; you must have a background in customer service, reception, travel sales, tourism, or accommodation.
Duties include: customer service, attending reception, answering guest queries, booking and selling domestic travel and activities, and ensuring YHA is a great kiwi experience for our guests. Full training will be provided.
