Job Description:Design and follow teaching plans according to school curriculum;Undertake a variety of activities and instructional methods to motivate and stimulate young learners' abilities;Execute assessment of young learners' performance and progress;Co-teach with the classroom teachers and actively participate in the co-planning and co-evaluation;Undertake homeroom responsibilities and manage the class according to school schedule;Follow and comply with teaching standards and safety regulations;Maintain good communication with parents and give regular feedback regarding learners' progress.Requirements:Bachelor's degree or above; academic background in linguistics or education would be preferred;At least 2 years' teaching experience.
