1.0 FTE / Fixed term80 hours per fortnightHybrid work location - RichmondHealth Hub and Work from where you are (work remotely)Join Health NewZealand l Te Whatu Ora Nelson Marlborough at a key time of change where youwill meaningfully contribute to our kaupapa of creating a more equitable,accessible, cohesive, and people-centred health system.This is mahi that willimprove the health and well-being of everyone in Aotearoa, and we've got anopportunity for you to be part of it.Nga mohiohio e pa ana ki tenei mahi (About this position) The NelsonMarlborough Holidays Act Compliance Programme (NM HAC Programme) wasestablished to rectify the NM payroll system (Leader), the NM Time andAttendance system (Actor) and payroll processes and policies to ensurecompliance with the Holidays Act 2003.This includes changes to the way staff take leave, are paid, employmentcontracts and rostering processes and also rectification of non-compliantprocesses and systems as identified in the previous Holidays Act ComplianceAudit (HAC Audit).Reporting to the LeadRemediation Officer, the Remediation Officer will be responsible for :Providing payroll expertise to the HolidaysAct Programme teamAnalyse payroll data to identify dataanomaliesLook up payroll and personnel information torespond to data queriesValidate outputs and test compliant pay modelsfrom the remediation vendorCarry out testing to ensure system complianceComplete data cleansing activities as requiredor directed by the Lead Remediation OfficerKo wai he kaitono totika?
