Two generations benefit through the HIPPY Programme's contribution to both early childhood education and parenting support resulting in:Improving skills, confidence, and educational outcomes of childrenIncreasing parents' participation in their children's education and wider communitiesIncreasing participation in Early Childhood Education (ECE)We are looking for a HIPPY Programme Coordinator to work 40 hours per week across the Rotorua/Western Bay of Plenty areas district. As the HIPPY Coordinator, reporting to the Regional Manager, you will assist to establish a quality programme in your community, and you will have primary responsibility for all aspects of local programme implementation.The role will be predominantly a work from home position with an expectation of the successful candidate working across the area supporting whanau.Key Responsibilities:Deliver the HIPPY Programme in accordance with the Whanau In-Home Learning Agreement and the HIPPY Delivery ManualEngage, recruit and enrol families in the HIPPY Programme and facilitate transition to ECE or schoolRecruit, train and support tutorsSkills and experienceA tertiary qualification (eg.
