Herd Test Team Leader

This role will require you to regularly travel throughout the Otago region, overseeing an area from Oamaru through to Balclutha. Involving both hands-on in the field and administration tasks, if you like variety in your day this may be the role for you!
The Herd Test team are a part of the Operations & Service Group which is responsible for the strategy of keeping our people safe and for delivering on the promise we make to our customers. Operations & Service is made up of LIC's core production laboratories, farming operations and the field teams (AB and Herd Testing) who deliver LIC's product on farm.

Experience in staff management, recruitment & trainingA strong understanding of health, safety & wellbeing requirementsA customer focused attitudeLogistics experience, with strong organisational and time management skillsQuality systems focus or knowledge of Quality ISO StandardsClear written and verbal communication skillsConfidence with technologyKnowledge of the Dairy Industry / farming (preferred)About Us We all have our improvement stories to tell.
