Duty Manager:(Full time) We are looking for a dedicated and motivated individual who prides themselves in going extra miles to get the thing done. for this role, you will have a passion for serving high-quality food and be keen to get the best out of your team. you also need to provide excellent customer service.
Applicant must have a minimal 1 year of management experience in the fast-food industry. The successful applicant must be able to perform the following duties:
You’ll be managing the day-to-day running of the establishment and making sure that high standards of customer service, cleanliness and hygiene, quality assurance, staff morale, training, and performance are maintained.
Duty Manager must ensure that the operation runs smoothly, efficiently and according to industry standards while also overseeing and directing employees
Assigns tasks to kitchen and customer service workers and makes sure they are doing them properly and efficiently
Oversee and order the inventory of food in the kitchen, make sure food is handled and cooked according to health and safety regulations
Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to provide clear direction to the staff
Supervision of staff and trainees in both set up and packing down of the store
Communicate service standards through pre-service briefing
Accurate records of each shift are provided in a timely manner
Respond proactively to internal and external communications
Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
Supervising Local store Marketing
Recommend ways to reach a broader audience (e.g. discounts and social media ads) and through marketing campaigns
Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses
Ensuring compliance in the area of food hygiene, food safety, food quality, health and safety, and other relevant requirements
Pay rate is negotiable depending on the experience

We’re looking for Delivery Drivers with their own cars that will take our precious pizza babies out pronto and in perfect condition to our customers. (Drivers are paid an hourly rate, plus a reimbursement per delivery) A clean drivers licence (restricted is OK) is essential.
Everyone we’ll be hiring must have a fantastic work ethic. Those that have had experience in hospitality are preferred but if you can show us that you’ve got the right attitude and smarts then we’re really keen to hear from you too.
Hours of work may vary, All applicants must be prepared to work at least one weekend night (Fri or Sat) until11pm
