This role is based at our premises in Wiri, Auckland and will support our clients in the greater Auckland and North Island region.The benefitsOvertime paid at time and a halfA permanent role, with ongoing training & development opportunitiesThe positionField Service roleWarranty, repairs and maintenance on road construction and mineral extraction MachinesDiagnose and fault find customer and operator issues and provide solution, specifically electrical and electronic interface data diagnosisInspection of machines and provide a scope of repairsProduce accurate and neat machine records, time-sheets and paperworkDevelop and build strong customer relationships with both existing and new customersThe requirementsTrade Qualification as a Diesel Mechanic, Plant Mechanic or similar experience working on road construction or mineral extraction machinesA minimum 2 years post apprenticeship working with heavy equipment/machinery or 5 years' experience working in a similar roleCurrent, unencumbered Drivers Licence (HR classification preferred)Demonstrated strength in diagnosticsExperience in hydraulics required, electrics and engines preferredCurrent Forklift License, preferredWorking at Heights, preferredWTR Licence would be advantageousAbility to attain and maintain an appropriate level of fitness for work, including clear drug and alcohol screenThis role is based in Wiri our Auckland branch.Facts and FiguresDate of Offer08.11.2019Location WIRTGEN NEW ZEALAND, Auckland 2104, New ZealandDepartment Customer SupportCompany Wirtgen GroupIf you have the relevant qualifications, experience and motivation to be part of a highly successful company, please submit your resume by clicking the apply button below:
