Reporting into the Learning and Development Manager, you will be a proactive member of the learning and development team and contribute to developing a strong organisational learning culture, where everyone has access to development opportunities that support them to perform their role competently and safely. Key Responsibilities- Managing the end-to-end process of the delivery of nationally recognised qualifications that we offer in partnership with Careerforce. Supporting managers to develop training plans for support workers. Contributing to the design, delivery, and evaluation of required and other training Providing training administration support Update training records in our Learning Management System Support the homecare team, in undertaking on-the-job assessments in the service user's home. Skills and Experience- Level 4 Certificate in Health and Wellbeing, or other relevant Healthcare qualification Experience in training- delivering/ assessing or coaching people (individuals and groups),in a health and wellbeing setting Strong administration skills, with a keen attention to detail Confident with using technology, including Microsoft word and Outlook Clean police clearance Current clean (Full or Restricted) Driver's licence Commitment to the Principles of the Treaty of Waitangi Having a registered assessor qualification (NZQA) and is registered Careerforce workplace assessor and experience as a user and/or administrator on a Learning management system (LMS), as well as experience in designing training courses will be desirable About you- You should be a positive, flexible, proactive, and empathetic person with a strong willingness to learn You should be well presented, professional, and approachable, with excellent time management skills.
