We are looking for an administrator to join us in a new part-time role (25 hours per week) supporting our Health, Safety & Wellbeing team and providing some wider administrative support to our Head Office team. The role: Support the Health, Safety & Wellbeing team with their administrative requirementsCo-ordinate training, including organising rooms and equipment and making training bookings with external providersAssist with the rollout of health, safety & wellbeing initiativesEnsure up-to-date information is on our intranet, noticeboards, and digital screensAssist with adhoc administration duties to support our Head Office operation here in Masterton$28 per hour, ideally with work hours between 9 am to 2:30 pm, Monday to FridayWho are we looking for? Solid administration skills including the ability to learn new systemsAble to work collaboratively and multi-task effectively Great written and verbal communication skillsA keen interest in health, safety, and wellbeing - although prior experience is desirable, it's not a necessity.About us: Tranzit Group is New Zealand's largest family-owned transport and tourism company, preparing to celebrate its centenary.
