Beyond fertiliser, we provide nutrient management services, technical advice and essential farm inputs delivered how, where and when they are needed by our customers.About the Role:Reporting into the South Island based National Health, Safety and Wellbeing Manager, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Health, Safety & Wellbeing Business Partner to partner on the health, safety and wellbeing at our Napier Works production and distribution site. You will be responsible for implementing the Ravensdown systems and processes on site. You will form part of the broader Ravensdown HS&W team and assist with the development and continued forward movement of HS&W initiatives within the company. You will train, develop and partner with the local site team so that health, safety and wellbeing continues to be at the forefront of everything we do. You will also identify, manage, and review the risks and controls associated with health, safety and wellbeing on site. This is a dynamic role, which will be best filled by a dynamic person. The successful candidate will need to build collaborative relationships with onsite and offsite staff. You will assist with, and at times lead, companywide and site wide initiatives as part of the broader Ravensdown HS&W Team. Note that some travel will be required for this role.Key Responsibilities:You will ensure compliance with applicable H&S legislationMentor and coach the site Leadership team, as well as all members of staffManage H&S risks and controls that are associated with being on a manufacturing siteInfluence and encourage change of patterns and behaviours when it comes to HS&WConduct analysis, monitoring and reporting to site Leadership team and the National HS&W Manager as requestedLead and develop projects that will increase HS&W impacts throughout the businessCommunicate openly and frequently with key related stakeholdersAbout You:You will be an experienced, senior health, safety and wellbeing professional who can gain credibility with your knowledge, skillset and ability to build sound relationships. You will enjoy being the HS&W expert on site and thrive in managing the associated risks of a manufacturing plant. You will enjoy working closely with operational partners to solve problems and support the local workforce. You will enjoy researching new ways of working and be able to effectively collaborate with the Ravensdown HS&W team to plan implementation where warranted.
