My client is a leading construction company dedicated to excellence in project delivery and workplace safety. The business is seeking an experienced and proactive Health & Safety Manager to lead the health and safety team.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Health & Safety Manager to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and review of Health & Safety Manuals, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations. You will facilitate H&S management audits, manage risk identification, assessment, and control processes, and oversee incident reporting and investigations.

As the point of contact for health and safety across projects, you will prepare comprehensive H&S reports, run management meetings, and provide staff communication. Your role will also involve hazard identification and risk management, development and implementation of site management plans, and conducting new employee H&S inductions.

To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, maintain a professional yet approachable, and foster trusted relationships with stakeholders. A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline and proven work experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry, are required.
