Reporting to the Project Director, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Alliance Director, Alliance Leadership team and wider Project team to develop and deliver best practice strategies & approaches that maximise performance, builds a positive EHS culture & mitigates key risks across these areas. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Professional Guidance: provide expert advice to front line leaders and workers, ensuring a deep understanding of best practices in health, Safety and environmental standardsSafety Coaching: Empower workers with the knowledge and tools needed to implement best practices daily.
