Based at our East Tamaki – Highbrook Design Centre you'll report to the Global Health & Safety Manager and be part of a small, dedicated team . R esponsible for Health and Safety across New Zealand , y our stakeholders and customers include our Distribution, Engineering, Technology, Customer E xperience , Experience Centre and Driver & Installation teams , not forgetting our office-based and mobile workforce .  There's plenty of excitement and challenge in our work programme for the years ahea d as we continu e to embed our new H&S management system and optimise its value in our decision making and risk management, a new distribution warehouse at East Tamaki and an entirely new Auckland Head Office in Penrose . Our workplaces and worker profiles change all the time and we need you to help us stay ahead of all of it.  That's the role, so who are you? We are looking for a special person .  You will be passionate about health and safety and have demonstrated success working in a complex and dynamic workplace . Key to success in this role is an ability to demonstrate success in in fluencing and driving the right behaviou rs across the business to e nsure we meet our goals . You're well networked, proactive and passionate about ensuring people go home safely. As an experienced H&S professional with at least 5 years relevant experience, we expect you 'll have a strong technical knowledge of health, safety and ACC legislation and current best practices, experience in developing and conducting internal audits as well as supporting leaders with incident and injury management, to mention only a few.
