The ideal candidate will have experience leading a multi-site, mid size organisation to meet required standards and accreditations. It is not necessary that you have experience in the healthcare sector, but you will need to demonstrate that you have the right drive and are a quick learner. The main responsibility in this role will be ensuring that clinics are prepared for audits, ensuring key stakeholders have clear guidelines and expectations. The company uses external auditors and it is your responsibility to make sure the business is ready for these audits.
You will need to be an organisational wizard to succeed in this role as you will be coordinating external audit requirements for approximately 40 clinics in the Auckland area. You will also need to be a strong relationship builder with excellent stakeholder management skills, and be prepared to roll your sleeves up and work across this large and varied business. We are looking for people who can operate with a solution-oriented approach to want the opportunity to do good work. Additionally, you will have high attention to detail, strong communication skills.
This company is looking for someone energetic, enthusiastic and engaging to build rapport with not only medical professionals, but a variety of stakeholders. This person will need to be process oriented and forward thinking, as this role is to educate clinics on correct practice in line with audit requirements.
This role will also take ownership of the businesses H&S function and act as a coordinator to establish a H&S Committee, and ensure incidences are reported and resolved appropriately. You will be working closely with the facilities management manager to ensure preventative action is taken.
You will be reporting into a supportive Chief People, Capability and Culture Officer who will be there to support you in the role, but also give you the autonomy to succeed and take full ownership of the role.
