0.5 FTE (40 hours per fortnight)
The Transit Lounge is a fast-paced environment with high client turnover. You will be working in partnership with staff across all the acute departments to assist in facilitating patients' timely discharge from hospital. This is a physically demanding role with a lot of variety.
The successful candidate will be part of a small supportive team based in the Transit Lounge, working across the services with a focus on efficient and effective patient discharges. You will need to hold an NZQA Health Care Assistant programme Level 4 or equivalent.
