About the role As a Health Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing care and support to our residents by following Enliven's Eden Principles to deliver a safe, secure and supportive environment in which we encourage our residents to maintain their independence and to make decisions for themselves .Your key responsibilities will be: 
Deliver the highest standard of personal cares to every Resident Support elders to have autonomy by doing as much as possible for themselves in a way each elder chooses.Assist and support the daily activities in a way that meets the Eden principles and the Domains of Wellbeing Take instruction and delegation under the direction of the Registered Nurse. Provide assistance when an emergency occurs or additional support is required by the teamEnsure resident's needs are attended to effectively and in a timely mannerGet in touch with us if you want to find out more about what positions we have available, we can offer a variety of working hours on either a permanent or casual basis.
About You As well as a passion for the wellbeing of older people, you will be enthusiastic but patient and well organised with great interpersonal skills. You will share our values of empathy, compassion, and respect. Ideally, you will already have some healthcare experience, but if not we can help with that, having the right attitude and willingness to learn is just as important. In addition, you will have:
