Health and Safety Training Facilitator About the Company My client is a Tier 1 in the New Zealand construction industry With large scale projects across multiple specialities this blue chip company continues to play a major role in keeping up with New Zealands fast paced construction growth About the Role Reporting into the EHS Systems Programmes Manager this role is heavily weighted towards the successful implementation and communication of the EHS training programmes within the company Youll be an excellent facilitator and trainer with an in depth knowledge of EHS in the construction industry This position requires leadership by example as well as the ability to effectively monitor and influence EHS compliance throughout the company Duties will include Development and implementation of critical risk training programmes Ensure adequate coverage of CRS Critical Risk Standards trainers Strengthen staff commitment to company safety practises and policies Monitor communication of CRS training and standards to all employees contractors and labour hire Assist with EHS related duties within the EHS team Skills Experience Excellent knowledge of the safety quality risk and human resources environments within the construction industry Experience in the development of training programmes within the construction industry Experience in assessment and moderation of training High level of interpersonal skills Ability to work through multiple training mediums and platforms Able to motivate and influence team members towards achieving goals Excellent time management and ability to prioritise work Benefits Work for a highly respected Kiwi construction giant Exposure to some of NZs biggest projects Making a valuable impact to the construction industry How to Apply Click APPLY or contact Simon for a confidential discussion Phone Number 09 394 1172 Email simon m stellarrecruitment co nz Reference 41939
