Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, this role has accountabilities including the design and provision of L1 and L2 support, the administration and maintenance of the end-user experience for their staff and originators and supporting the delivery of change into their production assets. This role is the 'front door' to the Technology team for their people, and as such it champions their obsession with quality service and resilient systems. This role leads and manages a team and installs and maintains an ethos of excellence in customer service, solutions and delivery both within operations and across the wider Technology function.Key Responsibilities:Technology Service Management: Deliver technology services to the business and business partners.Design and provision of the Technology service desk to agreed SLA's.Oversee the performance and delivery of the Technology Operations Team (development, retention, performance management and recruitment).Manage Vendor engagements required to deliver Technology Services to the business.Lead MTF Finance's Change Advisory Board (CAB) and coordinated technology-related communication.Co-ordinate policies, audits, and risk management processes.Key experience: Proven experience delivering high-quality IT Service Management with the willingness to be hands-on when required.Previous leadership and organisational skills with proven experience in managing in-line staff including, growing, motivating, and retaining a high-functioning team.Experience as a Senior leader within a technology team, providing vital support to senior leaders to achieve strategic objectives and drive successful outcomes.The ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst remaining focused on the bigger picture.Stakeholder engagement and Technology Vendor Management Experience.Microsoft 365 Administrator and ITIL qualifications advantageous.What's on offer for you?
