What does the job look like? We are looking for an exceptional professional experienced Head of Shared Services to manage and oversee the development of best practice and standardization of financial administration and transactional processing functions across the business units of Linfox New Zealand.
What you will do Manage the Customer Invoicing for the Transport and Warehouse operationsEnsure the effective operation of the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions and related systemsManage the day-to-day workload, structure and training of the Shared Services team.Oversee Claims AdministrationFoster an environment of continuous improvement by challenging existing ways of doing business and investigating new opportunities for improvement.Managing all aspects of customer service in achieving quality outcomes.What you will need.
