We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
Own category reporting process, partnering with commercial performance and sales management/commercial leadership to identify opportunities and track action plans.
Work with sales managers to optimize Category prioritization & classification, Action plan effectiveness, Market/Account Coverage and Win/Loss Analytics
Work with sales teams to create targeting models that will increase sales efficiency and productivity. Basic knowledge of the following modelling frameworks is required: Account & opportunity profiling utilizing regression analysis.
Aid Key Account Manager in forecasting, opportunity pipeline and optimized deployment of sales resources to increase sales/margin.
Drive category management and sales plans through Key Account Manager Team.
Evaluate market information and competitor activity, plan and direct the implementation of marketing activities for Kraft Heinz products
Develop channel segmentation and appropriate product, brand and pricing strategies
Review, analyze and approve BU sales budgets and forecasts and recommend activities to ensure the achievement of volume, sales and profit targets
Represent and negotiate on behalf of the company at industry level on major accounts
Bachelor's degree in related business fields
MBA or post graduate qualification in related field
Hands-on, commercial approach and experience implementing pricing processes
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Visionary, positive, consultative and energetic with an abiding sense of urgency
Strong Stakeholder engagement, presentation and communication skills
Specific experience working with Grocery retailers on pricing, either through a trade finance, category development, trade marketing or direct account role
Experience working with Data, Reporting and/or Business intelligence systems
