Head Of Risk, Compliance And Governance

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

Build and maintain strong relationships across key senior level internal and external stakeholders
Identify, manage, monitor and report on risks across the business RMP (and also ensure the current framework is fit for purpose). You'll ensure the business complies with all statutory and regulatory requirements and is conducting its business in line with expectations.
Drive the cultural integration of risk practices across the business and take the lead on any integration of new practices across the organisation.
You'll have oversight of the claims management process (and underwriting guideline adherence).
Leadership and the development of your team and others across the business.
Contribute to the strategic and annual plans for the business and then be involved in the implementation of projects that arise from this.

You'll be experienced in risk, compliance or the legal arena and present examples of similar work undertaken previously. Your energy, aptitude and approach to leadership will see you succeed.
