About the roleThe role of Head of Product and Platform is responsible for the development, management and commercial performance of Now's product offering and the underlying platforms that support our product and service offering. As the Head of Product and Platform, you will lead a team that delivers the product and platform capability that sets Now apart as a business telco, enabled through capable people, an aligned ambition, a deep understanding of customers and the product and technology required to deliver to their evolving needs. The key areas you will be leading your team to deliver on include:The development of Now's product portfolio and roadmap, including new product development The management of Now's existing product portfolio The ongoing design, development, maintenance and roadmap of Now's product and network platformsEnsuring Now's platforms and infrastructure are secure and have fit for purpose measures in place to protect our customers and underlying technology ecosystem for external threatsThe product and platform knowledge required to deliver support to Now's customers across our data and voice productsAn internal IT capability and roadmap that enables our team to operate efficiently and deliver within their rolesAs an effective people leader, you will establish high standards within the team when it comes to how Now delivers product and platform change to our organisation and customers. You will create an environment that fosters high engagement, productivity and performance. A bit about youWe are looking for a dynamic leader with extensive experience in product management, commercial or technology leadership. You will be experienced in leading senior teams to deliver product and customer outcomes against revenue and growth targets. In addition, you will also have a successful track record in project/initiative delivery across multiple disciplines. Commercially astute and a critical thinker and problem solver, you will have a well-developed ability to understand and solve complex business problems. Needless to say, your relationship building and communication skills will be top notch, and you will be able to manage people performance across large functional components of an organisation.
