The Head of Performance Marketing is a pivotal role in our organisation, helping drive the next generation of success across our performance channels. The successful candidate will lead our performance marketing function and drive improved B2C and B2C acquisition and engagement.
Reporting into the GM Marketing you will be working to plan, implement and manage the performance strategies across a range of channels to support the overarching marketing and client advertising strategies. 
You will be responsible for traffic and demand generation, growing both our B2B & B2C efforts, supporting all marketing campaigns with a performance lens. You will also be responsible for optimising the success of our client performance campaigns (B2B2C), generating results and ROI.
You're as comfortable with your hands on the tools whilst also directing others. But also willing to take a step back and think strategically, proactively identifying opportunities, and tackling proactively. 
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Develop and execute comprehensive global paid media strategies to drive incremental revenue & maximise CLV across (but not limited to) Meta, Google, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and YouTube. Manage the allocation of advertising budgets across platforms to ensure efficient allocation in line with Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) analysis & Marketing Efficiency Ratio (MER) targets. Provide regular reporting and analysis of paid media KPIs and metrics to the wider business, demonstrating the impact of paid media and informing strategic decision-making. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, creative, and product teams to align paid media initiatives with overall business objectives and product launches. Deliver quantifiable improvements in ROI and cost per conversion (CPA) across all channels. Consulting with clients to understand their business and translate that into a strategy that will achieve their objectives.?Combining?data and common sense to make informed decisions on campaigns. End to end creation of ad accounts - Including existing and new channel set up and campaign creation, pixel installation and tracking set up. Lead the implementation, copywriting, and creative aspects of paid ad campaigns across B2B2C channels, optimising growth and engagement. Monitor & stay on top of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in paid media to maintain a competitive edge and capitalise on new opportunities. Other Position Requirements: Develop collaborative and strategic relationships with your peers and key internal stakeholders. Actively contribute to the ArchiPro company culture making an effort towards ensuring that ArchiPro is the best place to work. Help contribute to improving ArchiPro company processes, tools and initiatives to ensure that we're always working in an effective and efficient capacity allowing us to deliver the best work for our clients. Represent ArchiPro professionally and always to the highest standard, striving to deliver your best work with the clients' and company's best interest at heart. 5+ Years proven experience in performance marketing senior specialist roles, with a strong background in both B2C and B2B environments. Strong understanding of website analytics and conversion tracking. Proficiency in business intelligence tools and dashboard creation. Demonstrated success in managing and optimising paid ad campaigns with a flair for creative and effective copywriting. You're a digital media innovation geek, ahead of industry trends, eager to test new channels and tactics. You are extremely self-motivated and can work autonomously. Strong understanding of Facebook (Meta suite) Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager and best practices A desire for continuous improvement.
