As a key member of the People & Performance (P&P) Senior Leadership Team, the Head of People Change & Programme Delivery enables the delivery of significant change programmes through critical and strategic change leadership and coaching.
You will champion a culture of growth, adaptive ways of working, customer centric mindset and continuous improvement.
You will work collaboratively with the Director P&P and other key stakeholders across AT to create an environment where our people and teams are empowered to make AT a great place to work and serve Auckland.
As a seasoned professional, you will bring significant experience in leading people related change programmes within large scale and complex organisations.
You'll bring your previous and proven experience to the design and implementation of effective organisational structures, operating models and programmes of work that support the successful delivery of strategic goals and objectives.
You will have strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to inspire, motivate and build effective and high performing teams, leading by influence with passion, care, shared values and your expertise.
Strategic in your approach you will be a customer centric problem solver and influencer that can garner the commitment of stakeholders at all levels of an organisation within a changing and evolving environment.
