Head Of Iwi Relationships

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

You will oversee the operational management of Rongomaraeroa Marae, work closely with the other teams within the directorate and the Matauranga Maori curatorial team to enhance the understanding of Nga Manu Atarau's work with iwi and the sector.

You have existing positive relationships with key iwi stakeholders, and experience engaging with iwi organisations, using a high competency and understanding of te reo Maori me ona tikanga. You will be able to manage and deliver complex projects, have a good understanding of the knowledge of museum practice, both nationally and internationally. Strategic thinking and planning, alongside proven management experience will also be part of your skillset.
