About the Role You'll be joining an inclusive, inspired and ambitious Product team, which is part of the wider Product & Marketing Division, to apply TSB's vision of being 'the easiest bank to deal with'. This role will have primary responsibility for the growth, profitability and compliance of TSB's Everyday Banking products, taking end-to-end ownership of the Everyday Banking Products vertical. Who are you? We're seeking a results-driven Head of Everyday Banking Products who will lead and own the development and delivery against the product vision and strategy for Everyday Banking Products. You will demonstrate experience leading the development of product plans and will take accountability for the evaluation and prioritisation of initiatives, partnering with stakeholders to scope business requirements. You will have a sound knowledge of customer research and market insights to enable you to identify opportunities to remove barriers to value and drive ongoing design excellence. Some key responsibilities include: Develop and lead the implementation of growth plans for Everyday Banking Products. Ultimate responsibility for regulatory compliance of all products within Everyday Banking Products. Own the Everyday Banking Products P&L, and lead actions to improve profitability . To be successful, you'll also need: 7+ years of senior management within a Product function. 10+ years of product management experience. Effective management of third-party suppliers, customer relationships and internal / external stakeholders Deep customer experience understanding and knowledge of digital trends. Who are we?
