You will play a pivotal role in advancing data-driven digital decision-making and shaping media strategies, technology recommendations, and infrastructure implementation. Reporting to the Chief Digital Officer, you will manage a talented team responsible for delivering exceptional insights and solutions to our clients.Key Responsibilities:Leadership: Lead a team in research, development, and implementation of innovative products and solutions to enhance business performance.Business Development & Project Management: Develop strategies to maximize revenue performance and support new business efforts, particularly in Google Marketing Platform and media activation.Training: Maintain a strong knowledge base for the team and clients in digital analytics and Google platforms.Account Management - Google Marketing Platform: Support client management and provide hands-on guidance for data collection and media activation.Strategy: Develop digital analytics strategies and measurement frameworks to drive client success.Measurement: Oversee technical implementations of digital analytics solutions and ensure accurate data collection.Data Science: Oversee data models and provide leadership in analysis and interpretation of results.CDP Integration: Oversee integration of CDP with analytics and media activation efforts.Operations, Reporting & Data Visualization: Work with the team on custom reporting, data visualization, and CRO implementation.Advanced Data Analytics: Engage in advanced analytics projects to deliver insights and recommendations for clients.Finance: Ensure financial processes are executed accurately and contribute to revenue growth.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.10+ years of digital experience with at least 5 years in digital analytics.Expertise in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.Proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, HTML, and CSS.Experience with the Google Marketing Platform and Google Cloud Platform.Google certifications highly desired (GA, GTM, GCP Data Engineer).CDP certification highly desired (Segment, Tealium, Adobe).If you're passionate about data-driven insights and leading-edge technology, and you're ready to make an impact in a dynamic industry, we want to hear from you.
