Compliance & Risk (Banking & Financial Services)Develop and implement a comprehensive compliance framework and program for the company, in line with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.Provide strategic direction and leadership in promoting a culture of compliance and ethical behaviour across the company.Assess compliance risks and develop risk management strategies to mitigate and address identified risks.Stay abreast of changes in relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards and ensure that the company's policies and practices are updated.Design and conduct compliance training programs for employees, educating them on their responsibilities and obligations.Establish and maintain effective compliance monitoring and auditing processes to ensure adherence to compliance standards.Investigate and respond to compliance breaches, taking appropriate actions and implementing corrective measures as required.Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on compliance-related matters.Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies to address compliance issues and implement corrective actions.Prepare and submit regular reports on compliance activities, highlighting key findings, trends, and recommendations to senior management and relevant stakeholders.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in disciplines such as Economics, Law, Accounting, Business Administration, Finance.
