This is woven through our local curriculum-values of Manaakitanga, whanaungatanga, kotahitanga and ako. Our infant and toddler classroom caters for a maximum of 22 children.  We are seeking either an infant and toddler head teacher or an experienced qualified Kaiako that is wanting to grow and develop their skills into a Head Teacher role. Extensive mentoring and coaching is provided along with fantastic internal PLD opportunities! This is a permanent position working 40 hours Monday-Friday  Role requirements:   We're looking for a natural leader who shares our values and vision who has a good understanding of programme planning and assessment as well as a drive and passion for growth.  As well as:  B Ed/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE or Primary) and current Teacher Certification  A strong understanding of programme planning, pedagogy and curriculum  Good knowledge of the current ECE Regulations, Te Whariki and hold compliance in a high regard Passion and commitment for teaching and learning with a focus on delivering quality.
