Head Netball Coach And Head Trainer

Gisborne Football Netball Club, affiliated with the Bendigo Football Netball League, requires the services of the following personnel for the 2020 season.
1.Head Trainerto implement a total player management program. The position would be an ideal opportunity for a 3rd or 4th year physiotherapy student (or similar sports medicine orientated course) to gain hands-on experience in their field or, alternatively, an experienced trainer looking to take the next step in their own development. Duties will involve injury management, taping, hydration, sports massage and managing and maintaining the medical room.
Minimum qualifications required include SMA Level 1 Sports Trainer, Level 2 First Aid, current CPR and a Working with Children check. The role will entail up to 2 nights per week plus Saturday matchday.

2.Head Netball Coach.This role includes coaching the A grade netball team. The ideal candidate should demonstrate leadership, management and technical skills to continue the development of our playing list, along with the ability to mentor others within the Club.
Prior coaching experience is essential, together with a proven record of developing and improving players and the ability to engage with Club members, sponsors and other key stakeholders.
Applicants should also demonstrate the ability to establish a high-quality netball and coaching program and satisfy the following minimum requirements:
Development Netball Coaching Accreditation (or in the process of completing) & Working with Children check.
