We have been BUZZed to find a Head Chef to lead the culinary team, as Christchurch Airport food offering is about to be be transformed! Operating QSR, Grab & Go, Cafe, Casual Dining, Restaurants and Bars, you will lead the culinary team across multiple outlets. Reporting to the NZ Operations Director, you will become a key member of the NZ management team, implementing the overall menu designs, including new concepts currently under development. Budgeting, menu costing, inventory management, staff recruitment, supplier arrangements, training....it's pretty clear you need to be a professional. It goes without saying, this is a massive job, with huge career prospects with SSP, as they look to expand throughout New Zealand. The ideal Chef will have a solid and stable career in hotels, high profile casual dining and restaurants, with a minimum of 5 years as Head / Executive Chef, preferably with multi site exposure.
