Head Chef

We are looking for Full-Time Head Chef for a permanent position. The ideal candidate should have these qualities:- 1.Minimum 5-6years of experience in various different type of kitchen and culinary operations.  2. Minimum 2 years experience as senior management level chef such as head chef or sous chef  3. ?Should have complete knowledge about HACCP and food control plan 4. Be experienced in Menu Planning and Costing 5. Work with budgets, wages, food costs and monthly reports 6. ?Strong team management and team building skills  7. Overall knowledge about food production and presentation 8. ?NZQA approved level 7 qualification in culinary arts and supervision.  9. ?BA(hons)in culinary arts
