Head Chef Full Time

•                    Responsible for preparation and cooking of dishes according to customers' orders and specifications according to set recipes. •                    Responsible for the preparation and cooking of cafe style food •                    Must be passionate about food, creative and excellent technician, proficient in French style of cuisine •                    Be a team player and enjoy working with teams •                    Autonomous and fast worker, must be able to work under pressure •                    Have an outstanding sense of taste and quality food presentation •                    Ordering of the proper quantities of required ingredients •                    Must be able to make decisions quickly and stay customer focused •                    Must enforce proper steps to ensure compliance with Health & Safety requirements •                    May be involved in cost control, ordering and purchasing •                    Must be able to stand for long periods of time   Applicants must have 5+ years work experience as a chef in a commercial kitchen and a relevant qualification in cuisine.
