Are you ready to take your career to the next level? Join our Technology Asset Management team as a Hardware Engineer.
In this pivotal role, you'll be central to our operations, overseeing a wide range of hardware assets across our network of New Zealand villages, offices, and construction sites. If you thrive in a hands-on environment and excel in logistics management, this role is for you.
Your duties will include receiving stock deliveries, managing inventory, and setting up various assets, from laptops and mobiles to IoT devices. As the primary point of contact, you'll ensure that all devices are readily available for our staff when needed and maintaining meticulous records to guarantee an exceptional end-user experience. Expect physical demands such as heavy lifting and workstation setup as part of your responsibilities from time to time.

This role is based in the Christchurch Head Office in Russley, and requires you to be on-site 5 days a week. Hours of work can be negotiated between Monday-Friday at 40 hours per week.
Key responsibilities include: Technology device & equipment request fulfilment, ensuring that all staff have the necessary equipment to perform their roles.Computer (laptop & desktop), Mobile and other Hardware setup and configuration for end users.Maintain adequate stock for Technology assets.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all assets, including purchase details, allocations, and disposals.Offer technical assistance and resolve issues related to end-user devices, as well as manage troubleshooting for devices returned for warranty repair or deemed faulty.Assisting in the creation and maintenance of hardware asset management processes across Ryman.Providing an exceptional level of customer service to ensure that customers always receive a timely service, and they are kept informed every step of the way.What's in it for you?
