Promoting a positive, collaborative, and inclusive team environment.Recruiting and retaining a high performing team with a particular focus on team training and development.Driving sales and promotional activities to exceed sales targets and achieve KPIs.Deliver efficiently and effectively on day-to-day operational duties such as visual merchandising, stock management and loss prevention.Effective rostering to adhere to weekly and monthly wage targets.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.ABOUT YOU Ideally, you will have worked in a retail management or supervisory role and have at least 2 years of experience in retail.
