Supporting guests who have purchased online through our websites and agent portals to ensure a seamless post-purchase experience. Operation of the Point of Sale till system and balancing takings at the end of each day. Handling lost property. Restocking displays as required. Auditing and banking duties. Dealing with guest queries and complaints referred to you by your team. About You Skilled in leadership and team collaboration Outstanding ability to provide clear guidance to team members through strong communication skills for effective team collaboration. Creates positive work environment. Proven ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 2+ years customer service experience Adaptable to following procedures and absorbing large amount of information. Experienced with Point of Sale systems An understanding that employment is subject to the vagaries of the weather and the hours of work cannot be guaranteed.
