About the Role
We are on the search for enthusiastic, dedicated professional and talented Front Office elites. Porter roles are available on a full time basis. Please note that a full, valid drivers license is required for the role.
Key responsibilities:
Provide guests with a warm welcome and departure
Valet service
Assist with guest luggage
Maintain cleanliness of the Hotel’s public areas
Attend to guest requests
Ability to work day and night shifts
Key skills and experience:
A firm understanding of Hotel operations
A great communicator who loves to engage with all types of people
A full, clean New Zealand drivers licence is required
The ability to drive both manual and automatic cars
Previous experience in a front line role, preferably in a hotel environment
Local knowledge of Auckland CBD is preferred
Ability to work standard rotating rosters is required
Physical capability to lift and transfer guest luggage
Experience in a similar customer service role would be beneficial.
