At CPG Hotels, your well-being is our top priority!The world is yours to explore, so join us today to start an adventure of a lifetime!About the roleIdeally based in Wellington Central, Willis Wellington Hotel is looking for a Guest Service Agent to join our awesome team!You will be responsible for greeting, registering and checking in/out guests of the hotel, as well as assist in other services.This is a full-time role, 30 to 40 hours per week, reporting to the Assistant Manager.Key responsibilitiesEnsure an efficient and professional reception experience for guestsHandle daily guest check-in and check-outAnswer phone calls, emails and direct inquiriesHandle guest complaints efficiently and effectivelyEnsure that the Duty Manager is kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests and/or other departmentsDemonstrate and maintain a high level of customer serviceCompleting reservations and other duties assigned by managerComply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislationSkills and requirements:Minimum 3 years' experience in hospitalityFlexibility to work on a rotating roster (30-40 hours per week), including weekends and public holidaysPunctual, organised and trustworthyAbility to work as part of a team and follow directionExcellent attention to detailHigh standards of presentation both for yourself and your workAbility to work on your own as well as part of a teamPride in your workSound like a good fit?
