Guest Relations Executive - The Grand by SkyCityWork with some of the best hotel professionals who pride themselves on making every guests' stay an incredible experience whether they are staying for business or pleasure.  The Guest Relations Executive is responsible for the operation and customer delivery of the hotel guest services to achieve the 5+star experience.
What will you be doing? Be the key person within the Hotel with key VIP guestsManage and escalate customer disputes or queries as requiredPass on feedback from guests to our front office staffRecognise repeat guests and VIPs by meeting and greeting, gifts, cardsMonitor customer feedback on Trip Advisor and Market MatrixLiaise with the Concierge and Front Office teams to ensure the best guest experienceWhat do you need to be successful in this role?
