Our Guest Activities Co-ordinators have the interesting and enjoyable task of organising and booking personalised itineraries to fit into specific requirements and budgets, while maintaining the standard of service we are famous for. If sales and targets get you going, we'd love to hear from you. Shift work involves a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends and public holidays. Responsibilities include: Promoting and booking guest activities and restaurant bookings, following up, handing over and logging all service issues during shift Developing and promoting exceptional working relationships with third party vendors such as activity operators, restaurants and transport providers Meeting and greeting all guests on arrival and departure, offering baggage assistance and performing prompt and courteous check-in escort procedures Driving hotel vehicles Providing guests with the services and facilities they require in a friendly, professional and timely manner Please contact us for a full position description detailing key tasks and responsibilities.
